Ingredients:
- 1 lb potato gnocchi
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
- Cook gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, melt butter, sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add broccoli, tomatoes, and peas. Cook until veggies are tender.
- Pour in heavy cream, Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Stir until the sauce thickens.
- Add cooked gnocchi, toss until coated and heated through.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve hot.
