- 1 bunch Chinese broccoli
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
Instructions:
- Wash Chinese broccoli thoroughly and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, add garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
