Ingredients:
- 4 turkey wings
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions:
- Rinse turkey wings and pat dry with paper towels.
- In a shallow dish, mix together flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge turkey wings in the seasoned flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
