Paleo Cauliflower

Ingredients:
- 1 large head of cauliflower, washed and cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)
- Lemon wedges (for serving, optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare Cauliflower:
- Cut the cauliflower into florets. Try to make them uniform in size for even roasting.
- Season Cauliflower:
- In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, dried rosemary, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Make sure the cauliflower is well coated with the seasonings.
