Ingredients:
For the Pumpkin Filling:
- 1 1/2 cups canned pumpkin puree
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/4 cups evaporated milk or half-and-half
For the Whipped Topping:
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- Pre-made pie crust or homemade pie crust
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out the pie crust and fit it into a 9-inch pie dish. Crimp the edges as desired.
- In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, nutmeg, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
- Gradually add the evaporated milk or half-and-half to the pumpkin mixture, stirring until smooth.
