Ingredients:
1 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
3/4 cup pumpkin puree
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
Combine Dry Ingredients:
In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves).
Combine Wet Ingredients:
