Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound keto-friendly sausage, casings removed

- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 cup heavy cream or coconut cream
- Chopped fresh parsley or chives for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Sauté Sausage:
- Set the Instant Pot to “Sauté” mode. Add olive oil and sauté the sausage, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned. Remove any excess fat.
- Add Onion and Garlic:
