Ingredients:
- 8 cups cubed bread (stale or dried out slightly)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter or olive oil
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 celery stalks, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons dried sage
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 to 3 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup dried cranberries or raisins (optional)
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

Instructions:
- Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare Bread Cubes:
