Blueberry Cranberry Sauce

- 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- Zest of 1 orange
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Combine Ingredients: In a medium saucepan, combine cranberries, blueberries, sugar, orange juice, orange zest, cinnamon stick, ground ginger, and a pinch of salt.
- Cook Over Medium Heat: Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Simmer: Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for about 10-15 minutes or until the cranberries burst and the sauce thickens.
