Ingredients:
- 8 cups (about 200g) mixed salad greens
- 1 cup (150g) cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup (150g) fresh mozzarella balls, also known as bocconcini
- 1/2 cup (75g) sliced salami
- 1/2 cup (75g) sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 cup (75g) provolone cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup (75g) Kalamata olives, pitted
- 1/2 cup (75g) artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
- 1/4 cup (40g) roasted red peppers, sliced
- 1/4 cup (40g) marinated red onions
- 1/4 cup (40g) pepperoncini peppers, sliced
- 1/4 cup (60ml) balsamic vinaigrette dressing
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, cherry tomatoes, fresh mozzarella balls, sliced salami, pepperoni, provolone cheese, Kalamata olives, artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, marinated red onions, and pepperoncini peppers.
- Drizzle the balsamic vinaigrette dressing over the salad.
