Ingredients:
- 1 wheel of Brie cheese (8-ounce or larger)
- 1/4 cup apricot preserves or fruit preserves of your choice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped (optional)
- Crackers or baguette slices, for serving
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the Brie:
- Place the Brie wheel on a baking sheet or in a Brie baker. If you prefer, you can leave the rind on, or you can slice off the top rind for a softer, gooey texture.
