Polish Breaded Pork Chop

Ingredients:
- 4 bone-in pork chops
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Instructions:
- Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
- Dredge each chop in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry chops until golden brown on both sides.
- Place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
